Description
The Commercial Court of Evry has accepted the offer by Jellej to acquire 44 Toys'R'Us stores in France and to keep 1,036 employees on a total workforce of 1,152 people working in warehouses, offices and stores. Jellej was created by the investment fund Cyrus Capital in association with the French toy store chain Picwic. Jellej will take over 44 of 53 Toys'R'Us stores in France. Two other competing offers were rejected.
