Description

The National Paying Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania is to dismiss 112 employees in Vilnius by the end of 2018. The main cause of the dismissals is internal restructuring of the institution. The Lithuanian Labour Exchange will develop a special prevention program for the dismissed employees to facilitate their integration in the labour market. The National Paying Agency is the institution that manages support measures for agriculture, rural development and fisheries in Lithuania. Currently the Agency employs 814 employees.
