Description
The ship and yacht building company Bénéteau has announced the recruitment of 490 people on permanent employment contract from October 2018 to December 2019. The two third of the job creation will take place at its sites in the Vendée department, and a hundred in Bordeaux (Gironde). On this total, about 50 positions will be created in its wooden houses construction. On the total of 490 positions, half of them are job creations, the other half are replacements following retirement. Therefore, the job net creation is about 245.
The group, which employs 7,000 people worldwide, has already hired 500 people with its 2017-2018 recruiment plan. The company also hired 400 people in 2011.
