Description

The Hungarian subsidiary of Taiwan-based multinational SINBON Electronics inaugurated its new plant in Tatabánya. The new plant will primarily produce data transmission cables for several industries, such as health industry, auto industry, aviation, renewable energy sector, as well as other industrial and communication areas. During the first stage of expansion connected to the new production site, the firm will expand its workforce by about 150 new jobs, from the present-day level of 220. Also, the firm plans to continue to expand its European operation by building a second plant in Hungary during the next three years.

SINBON Electronics is present in seven countries, including Hungary, and has more than 5,000 employees worldwide. It started its operation in Hungary in 2015.
