Producer of coach and trolleybus Solaris Bus & Coach has announced that it will create over 200 new jobs at its production facilities in Bolechowo near Poznań and Środa Wielkopolska within the coming months. The company is looking for paintshop employees, electricians, mechanics, warehouse staff and welders.

Solaris Bus & Coach was founded in 1994 in Poland as a family-owned business. The company manufactures buses, coaches, trolleybuses and trams. The company supplies its products mainly to Polish and other European markets. In September 2018, the company was acquired by CAF. As of 2018, the company employs about 2,300 employees.
