Description
McDonald's, the fast food retailer, will be opening a new outlet in Northampton which will result in the creation of 100 new jobs. The new restaurant, on the St James Retail Park, will include facilities not common to all McDonald's such as table service in the restaurant, a click and collect feature to eliminate the need for queuing, as well as a drive thru service. The new business is set to open in October 2018 with the recruitment expected to take place in advance of the opening.
Two years ago, the group announced the creation of 5,000 jobs in the UK following the opening of 25 new restaurants.
