Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The producer of large sacks of polypropylen fabric for storing construction materials, CONROP, is launching its production plant in Trebisov, where gradually 220 jobs will be created. CONROP is part of Czech BR GROUP, which is active in textile industry and production of components for engineering, automotive and construction sectors. The company will operate from the premises of the former Slovak bus company SAD Trebisov, which underwent major reconstruction. In the future, the firm plans to gradually expand its product portfolio and will make products for food and healthcare industry. According to the speaker of Trebisov City, the company also envisages to expand its production in Trebisov by LANEX Company.
