Polish producer of parts for engines H.Cegielski-Poznań (HCP) has announced that it will create 300 new jobs at its production facility in Poznań within the next years. The company will launch its training centre in September 2018 to train new employees in such professions as welding, fitting and machine operating. HCP estimates that about 150 new employees will be trained a year. The training centre will be created as HCP has a tough time finding qualified candidates and needs to increase its workforce in connection with the implementation of large contracts.

HCP was founded in 1846. It is a well-known manufacturing company from the city of Poznań, Poland. Currently, the company produces parts for diesel engines, steel structures, power generation plants, compressors as well as radial air blowers. The company provides cutting-edge solutions for clients in the following sectors: energy, rail transport, gas and petrochemical industries. Currently, it employs 600 people.
