European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Delhaize, member of the Ahold Delhaize group (an international chain of supermarkets) has announced its plans to open 40 new, mainly small neighbourhood stores in Belgium this year. According to the head of the Belgian branch of the chain this should lead to approximately 300 new jobs.
