Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Canadian global information technology (IT) consulting, systems integration, outsourcing and solutions company, CGI announced it will expand its operations in Romania by opening a new centre in Bucharest, for which it will recruit 100 employees by the end of 2018. The centre will focus on consultancy and software development. Positions are available for analysts and project managers.
By offering digital services at international standards, the Bucharest centre will respond to all requests from French clients.
The company will have 300 employees by 2021.
Globally, CGI has a workforce of approximately 73,000.
