European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Carggo, a US digital logistics services company, is to create 100 new jobs in its newly established software development centre Carggo Europe in Vilnius by the end of 2018. In the third quarter of 2018, Carggo will relocate around 35 of its software developers from Russia, where it used to run most of its operations. After settling in Vilnius, Carggo Europe intends to hire 65 specialists in Vilnius by the end of 2018. The company will be looking for software developers and architects as well as business development and logistics experts. When relocating its office, Carggo Europe will benefit from the EU Blue Card program that facilitates the migration procedures for highly skilled individuals.
Currently, Carggo employs over 60 employees across several offices in Europe and the US.
