Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

The electrical equipment repair store, Remade in France, has announced the recruitment of 200 employees in its factory at Poilley (Manche). This was announced by the group Green & Biz that expect to reach 525 employees by the end of 2018 compared to the 450 it had in 2017 when the company recruited 150 employees. A previous recuitment of 150 employees was recorded on the ERM database in 2014. The annual turnover of the company reached €131 million in 2016.
