The Lithuanian company Sveikatingumo projektai that operates the chain of TakeWay restaurants will dismiss 101 employees in Vilnius and Kaunas. The main cause of the dismissals is the bankruptcy of the company. The company will close all 6 restaurants, 5 of which were operating in Vilnius and 1 in Kaunas. The company has been facing financial difficulties for some time. It tried to initiate a restructuring procedure which however failed. After this attempt, the management decided to declare a bankruptcy. The company employs 101 employees.
