Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Onepoint, a digital transformation consultancy firm with 1,800 employees, has announced the recruitment of 690 employees in France, during 2018. The group aims to become a European leader in enterprise architecture, from reflection on organisational questions to concrete, day-to-day, performance-enhancing networks, systems and tools. The company is looking for engineers, software developers, and specialist in cloud computing. It has also forecasted an important investment in Bordeaux that could lead to creating 600 jobs by 2021.
