European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The American-owned company specialising in IT networks products and solutions VIAVI Solutions plans to expand its operations in Romania by recruiting 120 new employees in its new research and development centre in Bucharest by the end of 2018. The positions are for senior IT specialists specialising in testing, monitoring and optimisation of networks.
Globally, the company has a workforce of approximately 3,000 people (data from 2016).
