The German discount supermarket Lidl has announced it will create 1,000 new jobs in Berlin and Brandenburg. Lidl is looking for branch managers, salesmen, IT-specialists and customer service employees. According to Lidl's personnel manager, Lidl offers above average wages, a permanent position and exciting opportunities for promotions.
As of April 2018, Lidl has 79,000 employees in 3,200 branches across Germany.
