Description
MIVB/STIB the public transport provider for Brussels and several municipalities within Flemish-Brabant has announced it is looking to hire 650 new employees, including around 325 to fill new positions. Half of the new employees are hired to replace those that are retiring, the other half will be utilised within the several new projects that are planned for the future, namely: expansions of the network, increase of frequency and manning and maintaining newly ordered vehicles. The company is therefore looking for a wide range of different profiles, both blue and white collar. Last year MIVB/STIB hired 980 new employees.
