Description

Maxi-Zoo, the French subsidiary of the German group Fressnapf, the market leader of pet supplies in Europe, has announced to open 60 new stores in France by 2018 and to recruit 250 employees on permanent employment contracts. Maxi-Zoo has opened 30 new stores in 2017 and expect to reach 230 stores by 2020 in comparison to currently 114. Maxi-Zoo reached a turnover of €115 million in 2016 and will invest from €12-15 million to support its growth. 

The Fressnapf Group employs more than 10,000 people in Europe and Maxi-Zoo, 750 employees in France in 2017.
