The customer service and technical support company Webhelp Nordic has initiated a recruitment process to hire 200 employees for the company's new office in Umeå. While the details concerning the new office are still open and are to be presented in early February, the recruitment process has already started and will be finalised during spring 2018. The recruitment need spans from management and specialists to employees with high school education; all employees will be provided with in-house training. Webhelp Nordic says Umeå has long appeared as an interesting location due to its good communications, strong growth rates and versatile economic structure.
