Description
The construction company TGL Group has taken over TBI Construction and 213 employees out of a total workforce of 380. TGL, which is based in the region of Lyon expects to increase its activities in the Parisian region with the take over of TBI Construction which is based in Voisins-le-Bretonneux (Yvelines). TBI Construction has been liquidated in August 2017. TGL has taken over mainly employees working in production (engineers, construction engineers, construction managers, specialised employees) rather than support functions. TGL expects a turnover of €270 million in 2018 with the aim to reach €400 million in 2020.
