Description
As announced on 13 December 2018, the public transport operator of the German city of Hamburg, Hamburger Hochbahn (HHA) plans to hire 200 bus drivers and 90 underground train drivers in 2018. Furthermore, HHA will hire 20 engineers and will also create 70 new jobs in its bus operations.
All in all, HHA plans to invest €310 million in the next year for underground trains and buses as well as the barrier-free expansion of underground stops.
Currently, HHA has 5,000 employees.
