Cast steel manufacturer Arcelor Mittal announced that it will create 140 jobs at its facilities in Poland. The company is mainly looking for production staff, including machine operators, locksmiths, electricians and power engineers, as well as IT specialists.
Arcelor Mittal Poland (former Mittal Steel Poland) is the largest steel producer in Poland, employing over 11,000 people in six units in Chorzów, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Kraków, Sosnowiec and Świętochłowice. The company's production comprises about 70% of the production capacity of the Polish steel industry. The company is also one of the largest Polish exporters and coke producers in Europe.
