European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Diebold Nixdorf, a US-German provider of financial and retail ATM and POS services, software development and IT services for banking and retail, has opened its new Global IT Operations Centre in Kosice, Slovakia. According to the representative of the company the decision to go to Kosice was based on the well developed IT environment available there. Up to 280 employees will be employed in the Centre by the end of 2017. The business expansion is attributed to the company's plan to consolidate its IT centres to fewer places where to provide centralised IT services to clients.
