Description
Finnish retail giant Kesko and the pharmaceutical company Oriola are jointly establishing a new nationwide store chain 'Hehku', which specialises in health, beauty and wellness products and services. In 2018 200 wellbeing professionals are going to be recruited to 30 stores that will be located across the country. The first two stores will open in Helsinki and Vantaa in late January, along with a webshop. Long term objective is a chain of 100 stores with around 1,000 jobs.
Kesko and Oriola say that the new chain responds to Finnish people's reported desire to improve their personal wellbeing. To start with, Hehku will focus on beauty services, but will later expand to other fields of wellbeing.
