International courier and express mail service provider DHL Express opened its new centre at Budapest Airport Business Park in a HUF 8 billion (EUR 25.7 million) greenfield investment. The new logistics centre created 300 jobs. Located at Ferenc Liszt International Airport, the facility consists of a 6,000 square meter storage hall, a 4,500 square meter working area and 2,400 square meters for offices.
DHL Express expects to triple its mail and package handling and processing capacity. DHL has been present in Hungary for 25 years.
