Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

K-Flex, a subsidiary of Italian company L’Isolate K- Flex, has announced that it will create about 250 new jobs at its rubber and plastic component factory in Wielenin-Kolonia in the Uniejów commune. On 19th October, the company has officially launched a new production hall consisting of 15sqm. The company is looking for warehouse staff, production workers, logistics and laboratory staff. L’Isolate K- Flex produces thermal and acoustic elastomeric insulation materials. K-Flex has been operating in the Uniejów commune since 2010. Currently, the company employs 400 people.
