The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The wholesale company Selgros Cash & Carry has announced a creation of 300 jobs at its newly opened supermarket in Mysiadło near Warszawa. The company has invested PLN 140 million (EUR 33 million) in the unit which consists of 9,000 m2. Selgros operates also in Germany, Romania and Russia. The company is part of a Swiss wholesale company Transgourmet. Selgros has been operating in Poland since 1994. Currently, the company has 18 warehouses across the country.
