On 25th October 2017, French supermarket chain Carrefour has announced that it will create 100 jobs at its new large-scale store in Piotrków Trybunalski. Carrefour has been operating in Poland since 1997. Currently, the company has four logistics centres and almost 900 stores in 5 formats, including 88 large-scale shops. Carrefour employs about 12,000 people across the country.
