Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Polish defence industry company Fabryka Broni ‘Łucznik’- Radom (Łucznik Arms Factory) has announced that it will create 100 new jobs at its factory in Radom. The company is looking for electricians, CNC specialists, electroplaters. The company is recruiting both specialists and workers without experience in the industry as special training will be provided. The restructuring programme is associated with a new contract the company won recently.
Fabryka Broni ‘Łucznik’-Radom has been operating since 1925; currently, it is a part of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ, Polish Armaments Group), a main arms supplier for the Polish Armed Forced and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration.
