Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Wessling Hungary opened its new Tudásközpont (knowledge centre) in Budapest, the centre will create 100 jobs. The laboratory research facility, built with a HUF 2.5 billion (EUR 8.06 million) investment.
The new accredited research institute will conduct research in the fields of food safety, environmental protection and pharmaceutical quality control testing in cooperation with universities and state authorities.
The independent laboratory services firm Wessling Hungary has been present in Hungary since 1992, currently employs 270 people and had a turnover of around HUF 4 billion (EUR 12.9 million) in 2016.
