European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Polish producer of water filters Dafi Pro, a subsidiary of Formaster group, has announced that it will create over 100 jobs at its new production facility in Bilcza near Kielce (Starachowice Special Economic Zone, Poland). The company has invested PLN 40 million (EUR 9.30million, USD 10.95 million) in the project.
Formaster has been operating in Poland for 30 years; the company specialises in production of water heaters, water filters, filtering cartridges and vacuum containers. Currently, Dafi Pro employs about 350 workers and provides its water solutions to clients in China and countries in Africa and Americas.
