Description
The Finnish moving services company Niemi Palvelut is hiring 100 new employees on permanent full-time contracts for its Helsinki office starting in early autumn 2017. In addition, the company is looking to recruit a further 100 on-demand workers. The new employees will work as drivers, packers and movers, furniture installers and foremen. The company says the business expansion is made in anticipation of increasing growth in the upcoming years, as a result of the current construction boom in the Helsinki region. The trend is also visible in the country's other big cities, as Niemi Palvelut has recruited more staff also in Tampere and Turku. In total, Niemi Palvelut employs around 1,250 people across the country, of which 400 are on permanent employment contracts.
