Description
The Israeli company, AFI Europe, specialising in real estate development and investment operations, will open a new shopping centre in Brasov, Romania by March 2019, which is expected to generate some 2,000 new jobs.
€120 million was invested into the new shopping centre that will hold approximately 200 shops. According to official sources, construction is now underway.
Headquartered in the Netherlands, AFI Europe is part of the AFI Group — an international holdings and investments conglomerate with subsidiaries that engage in real estate, construction, infrastructure, industry and hotels.
In Romania, AFI Europe already has one shopping centre in Bucuresti and one in Ploiesti (Prahova County).
