Description
Girteka Logistics, one of the biggest transport and logistics companies in Lithuania, is to create 1,000 new jobs in Vilnius by the end of 2017. According to the management, the company has recently ordered 2,000 new Volvo trucks to increase and renew its fleet. The company also plans to employ around 1,000 new drivers. Currently Girteka Logistics employs around 8,300 employees.
Girteka Logistics is one of Europe’s largest road transport companies that deliver more than 300,000 full truck loads annually. The company serves various customers ranging from local producers to international companies through regional distribution centres.
