Description
US-based drivetrain parts manufacturer Dana's will have the structure of its fourth Győr factory by the end of the summer, while the construction will be completed by the end of the year.
Built in a EUR 46 million investment, supported with a HUF 2,9 bn (EUR 9,5 million) state grant, the 13,000 square meter facility – an addition to Dana's three other factories in Győr – will create 200 new jobs by 2020. Management is already in place, hiring for all positions will start at the beginning of 2018.
Production will start at the new unit at the beginning of 2019.
Present in the country since 2005, Dana currently employs around 700 people in Hungary.
