European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
American customer support company Convergys Corporation announced it will create 180 new jobs at its customer contact centre in Lublin. The call centre will provide pre-sales and after-sales customer service operations for Samsung Electronics Poland, and the branch will be launched in October 2017.
Convergys Corporation provides a wide range of customer management solutions. The company employs approx. 125,000 people in 150 service centers located in 150 locations around the world. Convergys Corporation has been operating in Poland since 2005 at it has customer contact centres in Szczecin and Lublin. The Lublin unit was founded in 2014 and currently it employs 120 staff.
