Webhelp's call centre is Sheffield announced it will create 500 new jobs, which will nearly double the centre's head count. The positions are created in response to increased business from Webhelp's clients, and will be located in the customer service, ecommerce, sales and collections departments. The roles will be permanent and the business is offering a range of shift patterns between the hours of 8am and 11pm. There is no information available on when the new jobs are expected to be filled.
