Description
The call centre Company Unísono Soluciones de Negocio is going to implement an employment adjustment affecting 237 workers (170 open-ended workers and 67 temporary workers) who work on campaigns for Vodafone. The decision has been taken because part of those services have been relocated to Colombia and Portugal. The trade union CGT rejects the measure and aims to stop the dismissals. According to the trade union, the company is recording profits. Moreover, it notes that in June, the company hired 203 new workers. Thus, they claim that dismissals should be changed by internal relocations.
