Description
On 19 July 2017, the French producer of automotive components Hutchinson Poland opened a new plant in Zawada (near Dębica) and thereby create 700 jobs. The factory covers an area of 21,000 m2 and is worth PLN 160 million (€ 38.05mn / $ 43.63mn). The plant will produce gaskets for automotive and aerospace industries.
Hutchinson is part of the Total Group and has more than 25,000 employees in 25 countries. In Poland, the company has production facilities in three locations (Łódź, Bielsko-Biała and Żywiec) and employs about 4,500 staff.
