Description
Aberdeen based Wood Group has announced plans to create 200 jobs following the award of a new contract. The contract with Maersk will support production on the North Sea's CulzeanĀ gas field. The announcement of these new jobs is a welcome boost for the Wood Group after the group cut headcount by hundreds of jobs in both 2015 and 2016, following the severe drop in the price of crude oil in 2014. There is no information available on when these new jobs will be filled.
