European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Chinese company 4PX Express is to build a 68,000 m2 warehouse in Prague (VGP Park Jeneč), where it will create up to 500 jobs. The new distribution centre will provide logistics services to the largest Chinese internet retailer Alibaba and is set to become operational by the end of 2017. The logistics centre will be put into full operation next year. In the new distribution centre, Chinese partner Alibaba will store goods mainly intended for the German market.
