Portugese food retail company Jerónimo Martins, owner of the Biedronka store chain, has announced that it will open a new logistics centre in Gorzów Wielkopolski and thereby create 250 jobs. The unit is expected to be operational in the third quarter of 2017.
Jerónimo Martins has been operating in Poland since 1995 and employs an estimated 47,000 people in the country. The company has about 2,500 stores and 15 distribution centres across Poland.
