Sykes, an American company delivering business process outsourcing services, plans to expand its operations in Romania by recruiting 220 new employees in Cluj Napoca, Sibiu and Oradea by the end of 2017.

The company has doubled its number of employees in the last 4 years. It currently employs 1,100 employees in Romania.

The group has approximately 54,000 employees worldwide and operates in 23 countries.
