The Commercial court of Lyon has decided on the liquidation of the solar panels manufacturer Sillia VL and the dismissal of 133 employees on a total workforce of 177. The 44 remaining employees work in a plant at Lannion (Côtes-d'Armor) and will be taken over by the Italian solar panels manufacturer Recom Italia SRL. The 133 employees of the plant of Vénissieux (Rhône) are former employees of the German group Bosch which will finance the social plan.
