It is understood that the work will be taken on by the company's contact centre in Dunfermline, approximately 70 km away. Unconfirmed reports suggest that up to 225 staff may be offered the opportunity to relocate to the Dunfermline operations, yet other reports suggest that staff have all been informed that they are at risk of redundancy.
