Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
In response to increasing demand, the luxury goods manufacturer, Hermes has announced its plans to recruit 250 new employees in 2017, mainly handcrafters for its leather goods activities. The company employs 7881 people in France, representing 60% of its worldwide workforce.
