Call centre operator EMCAS has announced it is to create 100 new jobs at its premises in Taunton, Somerset. The business, which said that the expansion was due to increased demand, specialises in the provision of financial services for customers who have been mis-sold products such as payment protection insurance or endowment mortgages. The new positions will be at both trainee and experienced sales levels. The company has said that extensive training will be provided for successful applicants. The timeframe for filling all the new positions has not been reported.
