International manufacturer Liberty House has announced that it is to create 300 new jobs as part of a GBP 20 million (€23 million) investment programme in it steel producing sites. The group, which took over a number of Tata Steel operations, has safeguarded approximately 1,700 jobs in addition to the 300 new jobs. The new jobs will be located at three of the firms major sites in South Yorkshire - Rotherham, Stocksbridge and Brinsworth. It has not been reported when the new jobs will be filled.
