Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The construction group Spie Batignole has announced the recruitment of recruit 780 employees in 2017 on permanent contract and also 700 in 2018. In 2017, the group will also hire 170 people as apprentice or on work-study contract (contrat d'alternance). As such contract are concluded for a length over 6 months, the number of created positions is 950 in 2017 and 1650 including 2018. The profiles sought are: business / operation manager, project engineers, project managers, QSE managers. The group is also recruiting 210 trainees in 2017.
