European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
US-based software producer Crossover plans to hire 880 people by the end of 2018. The company has centres in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara and Iasi. Currently, the company has 120 employees in Romania. Crossover is specialised in producing software for the energy, aviation and transport sectors.
